Future Forum: What to look for

All right- we need something that is
1- Very secure
2- Lots Of Space
3- Easy to use
4- Customizable
5- Free

Here's some things i would like to do with the forum
1- Have different types of icons for topics in different general forums (all forums marked with roman numerals in the future forum organization thread.
2- Have a custom background/skin
3- Have a limit to the size of signatures
4- Have a good word replace function
5- Custom emoticons.
6- Custom Font

Please if you have any other ideas or have found a site for forums that makes at least 4/5 of the required needs, post it here. Meanwhile, I'll be looking as well.
